The Rising Woman Empowerment CEO Jessica Viera will be donating $1000 to Marks company Meeting Place Consultancy which delivers training for Mental Health First Aid for the frontline and indigenous community.
Covid-19 is severely effecting how Mark is communicating and reaching the hearts of the indigenous people during this time do to the inability to get out to the rural community as it is a too high risk to come in contact with the people
I am creating this GOFUNDME to support Mark in pioneering this initiative and continue to save the lives of our people from suicide. With open heart I ask that you help in any way possible- every $1 counts.
Mark has had experience in working in community settings as a frontline worker in roles such as health, aged care, Drug & Alcohol rehabilitation and now applying his skills and knowledge in the area of Mental Health First Aid and partnering with MHFA to train new Indigenous trainers.
Meeting Place Consultancy is the vehicle through which Mark now delivers training and enjoys empowering people to gain insight and understanding. Meeting Place Consultancy is also currently delivering training for NESA (National Employment Strategies Association) such as the AMHFA and Remote Schools Attendance training and has been delivering this since 2015- 2016.
Meeting Place Consultancy currently delivers the following programs: Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Mental Health First Aid, Suicide & Non Suicidal Self Injury, Cultural Competence and Worker Self Care. MP Consultancy can assist with companies regarding their Reconciliation Action Plan.
