Saving Hamilton's Life

On Friday, December 11th this little guy, Hamilton, came to our door. He was pawing and crying at the door. Upon first sight we knew he was in trouble. His tongue was hanging out and his eye was cloudy. He is severely underweight. On Monday, December 14th we took him to Healing Paws Animal Hospital in Lancaster, PA. He was examined by Dr. Carrie and she confirmed he has had blunt force trauma to the face. This resulted in his broken jaw, two missing canine teeth (the top) and an ulcer on his eye. While we were at the vet we got him pain medicine, ear mite, tick and flea medicine. 

Euthanizing Hamilton is not an option. We are raising funds to help pay for his surgery. We were quoted at $1,400 - $1,800 for his surgery. We have been awarded $1,080 through the TLC program that the vet offers to help financially. Below is the vet bill estimate. 

In addition to helping raise funds for his surgery, we are hoping to find him a forever home.

Hamilton is very loving and affectionate. He loves to be around people and receive lots of pets and snuggles!
