Saving Flora

Meet Flora. She is my 2 year old angel that blessed my life the day she came home from the shelter. I love her more than words could ever describe, and I care for her as if she is my child.  I will do anything and everything I can in my power to ensure she is healthy. On October 29, 2020, I received the worst news possible that Flora has potentially developed FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis) a FATAL virus that develops quickly if left untreated.  I was devastated to say the least. The past 2 weeks I have spent thousands on tests for various forms of cancer and infectious diseases. To date, there is no FDA approved medication that veterinarians can prescribe due to the rarity of FIP. My vet did recommend I join a Facebook community  group called FIP Fighters, and that there has been a new development of treatments for FIP that has had a great success rate. The issue is, it’s VERY expensive. The treatment consists of 12 weeks at $88/day. That’s nearly $8000 to treat Flora and cover medical bills. I’m starting this campaign because I have limited resources and need all the help I can get. I’m considering anything I can to raise money to treat her. If you could find it in your heart to donate, I would be forever indebted. Anything and everything helps. Please help us to choose love over money, and life over greed.
