We are out of options with CHOA and need your help now more than ever. We have fought, scratched, and sacrificed to keep our 5 year old son Braxton alive to this point, which is longer than anyone expected. But now our doctors have told us that we are out of option. This last round of radiation has given Braxton somewhere around 8 to 12 weeks of life but that’s it. That just can’t be it! We need our baby boy in our lives. He completes our family, with out him nothing will ever feel right again. Hospice made their first visit to the house this week. We are not ready for this. We can not just accept it’s over, that we tried our best. So we have searched for every possible treatment in any and every part of the world. As of now we have found a few options out there but they are all very expensive and not covered by Braxton’s insurance. As most of y’all know I lost my job a little over a month ago and we were a one income family which means we are now a no income family. On top of having no income the lose of my job added a truck payment, cell phone bills, and health insurance payments to our monthly bills. The stress of coming up with the money to save our baby boy plus pay our monthly bills for the next several months is overwhelming by its self. Then add the fact that the only options we have found to keep Braxton’s Battle going is extremely expensive. All we can do is ask for help and hope and pray that we get it. This is a very hard thing for us to do. We have never had to ask for help before Braxton’s diagnosis and we’ve always been the ones helping others. Please help us fight to save our baby boy! No matter how big or small of a donation you can give it will be greatly appreciated. Every single penny will count and will be a tremendous blessing to our family! This is our last stand!
