Saving Baby Nyabel

I'm raising money on behalf of beautiful baby Nyabel and her father Thomas. Thomas is a member of my parent's church - St. George's Anglican Church in Calgary, Canada.

Thomas was ecstatic to hear the wonderful news that his wife, Devora, had given birth to their beautiful baby girl in Kampala, Uganda. Tragically, only 4 days after giving birth, Devora passed away; she was only in her early 20's.

This tragic news comes with a terrible financial toll on Thomas, who has had to immediately begin paying a family to foster his new born baby girl. It isn't clear when Thomas will be able to go and get her due to bureaucratic  procedures. Devora's family lives in Kenya and are unable to help with finances. He is responsible for his wife's funeral costs and sadly, all of Thomas' immediate family have also passed away. Thomas will also be responsible for all costs associated for travel back to Uganda, Nybel's visa costs and all the other finances he will face in raising her as a now single parent.  

I am asking for anything at all that you're able to donate to help our friend Thomas and his beautiful baby, Nyabel. This is going to be a difficult journey for him and I can't imagine everything he is going through.

ALL FUNDS WILL BE WILL GOING DIRECTLY TO THOMAS AND NYABEL.
