Rescue Walter!

Hi. My name is Hollie* and I've got a gorgeous friend Mandy*. Since we met when I first moved to Melbourne in 2017 we clicked.  
She's pretty busy- 2  grown up girls who' are  still pretty demanding on mum, 1 partner who has just started a new job, 3 cats, a full time job as a social worker, plus an avid gardner, music lover,  volunteer for the homeless AND my best friend.  
I called her with what I classed as an emergency...I'd chipped my tooth and was in tears fearing I'd be toothless forever.  Mandy was coming back from a work appointment and exhausted .This was at 3pm. 
Well,  long story short,  thanks to my dramatics,  Mandy left my apartment at 4.05pm. Her car left the street about 5 mins before.  
Now I know we've all had cars towed and it's a lesson that should be learned. However Mandy has learnt this lesson 4 times already.  Once when a boy broke my heart and she sat with me until the sun came up,  another when I made her late after a Sunday afternoon out  by insisting she watch the duck go waddle waddle on YouTube in all 3 videos,  much to my hysterics as I'd had a wine or two.
I NEED YOUR HELP AS WALT IS GONE  AND ITS MY FAULT AGAIN! Covid has seen my hours drastically reduce or I'd cough up again.  I understand we're all doing it tough but M is supporting 2 grown daughters,  one who's 1st year at uni has been rocked,  the 2nd went from working 3 jobs to one part time. Plus a partner who up until  2 weeks ago had been off work for 8mths. 
THE FEES INCREASE DAILY AFTER THE FIRST 48HRS, PLEASE HELP MY SUPER WOMAN AND BEST FRIEND GET HER LITTLE CAR BACK WITH MINIMUM IMPACT ON HER LIFE! 
ps the car is called Walt. He rocks. Especially when the two of us are in the front and the girls in the  back rocking out to Beyonce or  Madonna!
