Please help 3 dumped orphan kittens

Sadly these three little kittens were dumped and needed saving. There was no mother with them and most of their eyes were so gunky they were completely stuck shut.
They’re only about 4 weeks old and still need to be bottle fed every few hours, as well as helped to go to the bathroom.
Unfortunately no rescue group is able to take them at the moment so I’m looking after these babies myself which is costly. I’m really trying to ensure they’re healthy, happy and growing, giving them round the clock care. I will need to continue to play mumma cat to them until a new home can be found for them down the track.
