SAVE THE WORLDS LARGEST VIDEO GAME CONTROLLER!

Donation protected
Do you remember when that company created the world's largest controller? Well, they unfortunately went out of business, and this colossal controller was on the verge of being discarded.

The Good News:
Some incredible individuals connected the dots, and together, we've discovered a way to rescue this remarkable piece from impending destruction.

The Challenge:
Here's the catch—it's massive, truly massive. Measuring a staggering 18.5 feet in length, 8.5 feet in width, and standing at 3 feet tall, it weighs in at nearly 2000 lbs.

The Problem:
Box trucks, which are typically only 8 feet wide, simply can't accommodate its size, earning it the label of a "WIDE LOAD." Additionally, moving companies were hesitant to handle such a raw and unwieldy item. Even the largest moving companies on the west coast faced insurmountable challenges due to its weight, size, or both.

Our Quest for a Solution:
We dedicated over peronal 100 hours reaching out to countless companies locally and nationally. Some initially agreed, only to change their minds upon seeing the controller in person. However, after an exhaustive search, we finally located a willing and daring mover to take on this monumental task, ultimately saving the controller from destruction.
Why We Need Your Help:
While we successfully rescued the controller, it now resides in a storage facility as we work on finding a permanent solution. Its “Wide Load,” status has made the whole process even more complicated. Legally, an 8.5-foot-wide object is classified as a "WIDE LOAD." Transporting a "WIDE LOAD" on highways necessitates permits, safety equipment, and, in some states, pilot vehicles. There are also restrictions on travel times in most states and the need for permits in each state it passes through.

The reality is, we don't have the personal finances to cover all these expenses. There are no corporate entities backing this endeavor, no deep-pocketed sponsor footing the bill. The original owners left this colossal controller to be discarded because they were fully aware of the substantial expenses involved in any future endeavors with it.

This GoFundMe campaign is our humble plea to the community to help this remarkable controller find a deserving home in events or even a museum, rather than being relegated to the shadows of a warehouse, like in Raiders of the Lost Ark, Indiana Jones style. Your support can ensure that this incredible piece of gaming history gets the recognition it deserves.
