Save the lives of Oromo students in Amhara region

As most of you are aware, the Oromo students that are enrolled in Amhara Regional State Universities had been under attack for the past two weeks. The ethnically motivated tension is an on-going issue that led to disruption of academic schedule. The students were targeted and killed for nothing but their Oromo ethnicity. Several students lost their lives and some were seriously injured and seeking medical help. Many were forced to leave the premises and are exposed to further violence in the community, where they don’t feel safe.
The students need support for day-to-day living expenses such as food and shelter and means to return home (transportation) until the unrest is dealt with or other alternatives are in place before they return to school.
We are turning to you for financial support! Most of us became their voice by increasing awareness of this situation on various social media platforms. Let’s take this further!
