The ongoing brutal war has left them in dire straits, prompting their decision to seek refuge and secure their lives in Egypt.

The Jad Family's connection with Italy runs deep; they have a rich history of hospitality, having opened their doors to Italian visitors, including hosting the first-ever Erasmus Italian student who ventured to study in Gaza. Over the years, the Jad Family has fostered cultural exchange, forming lasting bonds that transcend borders.

The relentless conflict in Gaza has not only shattered the family's home but has also jeopardized their safety and well-being. Faced with the urgent need to escape the dire circumstances, they are now seeking passage to Egypt, where they hope to save their lives and secure a safer future for their children.
