Save Shino's dog Chronos

I just came back from a convention and I found that my dog was lethargic, throwing up, had blood in his stool and could not move. He didnt want water or food which is completely unlike him. Because I didnt get home until very late, I waited until early morning to take him to the animal hospital. The doctor immediately took him back and started to work on him just to stabilize him. At the moment I cannot afford to save him although I was able to get him treatment with the 700 dollars I've had saved. After today and no help he will be on his own. They dont do payment plans and I cant tack anything else on my credit. You guys will literally be saving my dog. he is 2 and a half years old and a very good boy. He loves to cuddle and is genuinely excited to do anything all the time. He isnt a special dog who does a ton of tricks but he is my dog and he is special to me. Hes like a son to me. Please, if you can, any help would be appreciated.
