Save Serenity!

My boyfriend Erik brought his dog to the ER, twice tonight. Poor Serenity is not doing well at all. Has fluid around the heart, she is going through surgery as we speak, taking out the fluid and pray that this is all he needs to do to save his pup. This is his child, he loves his dogs. He is the first to step up and help everyone, please I beg you all, that now it is his turn to be helped. Anything is appreciated!
