Save Rose from the Butcher

This sweet, docile all white, 1500 lb. pure bred brahma show cow is Rose. She is 5 years old. I know her owner and he bought her to hopefully have calves and sell them. Well, she has been unable to produce a calf . He is going to have her butchered and sold for meat. He really likes her and doesn't want her killed, but it's business to him. He already has most of her meat sold, but he said if he could get the money he would get from the meat from her, he would rather go that way because she is so sweet. He has her meat figured at $1800.00 at $3.00 a lb. for around 600 lbs. and he has her scheduled for butcher on April 20th. He is giving me an opportunity to to find someone to take her and I'm happy to say we've found a sanctuary for her named Persimmon Hill Horses.
