Woman Business Owners Need Help!

Woman Business Owners Need Your Help!

Qliance Primary Care needs your help now! The female owned company is trying to get funding and can’t get the support needed to do so. No lenders have been willing to step up and be part of the next evolution of healthcare. This is unacceptable that they can’t get the help needed. They have proven we don’t have to live in insurance only healthcare system, and we can be taken care of by the best people with the best care.

Be part of the solution.

Where are my women march people and women march men? This is the chance to not only walk, but do something.

Support women businesses so we can take care of our health in an affordable way. Please share this with business, banks, and your family and friends and donate today!

Here is a message that I received that inspired me to tell this story.

_____

Thanks for your time.  Below is a quick summary for you to forward to whomever you might think would want to support. I hope you can think of someone or even pass to a friend of a friend to help. Anything helps.

It’s unnerving that a black woman and her female business partner on the verge of breakeven can’t get the financial support and respect they deserve, not to mention the thousands of patients being cared for and those hundreds of thousands that are awaiting implementation.  We are in discussions in DC with lobbyists and healthcare committees since we have proven savings for employers, and we now have a high deductible package with Qliance Primary Care with a major insurance plan.  Anyway, thanks so much for helping however you can.  I appreciate it.

Bridge Funding for Qliance, a Membership-Based Primary Care Healthcare Company

Funding Opportunity
Qliance has signed multi-million dollar annual revenue deals with well-known national companies starting in May 2017.  Due to timing, Qliance has immediate funding needs to bridge planning and is seeking financing of 1 million dollars.

About Qliance
Qliance is the nationally recognized pioneer and thought leader in developing the innovative model of primary care, called “Direct Primary Care” (DPC).  Recently listed in Forbes as “one of the most prominent frontiers for DPC”: (http://www.forbes.com/sites/katherinerestrepo/2017/02/06/states-prove-why-direct-primary-care-should-be-a-key-component-to-any-health-care-reform-plan/#60c1948d2f87), Qliance delivers much more thorough and effective care that patients appreciate and that saves patients, clients and payers alike time and money.

“Qliance patients are less likely to need costly “downstream” care; resulting in 65 percent fewer ER visits, 66 percent fewer specialist visits, and 82 percent fewer surgeries than those with traditional insurance.  Overall patient health outcomes and cost savings ($864 per person per year) have prompted unprecedented growth.” - Forbes 2/2017

Qliance serves all populations from individual employees and their families from Microsoft, Starbucks and Amazon to high profile employer clients like Comcast and Seattle Fire Fighters.  Qliance was the first, and is still the only, direct primary care organization providing care to thousands of Medicaid enrollees, and the first direct primary care service to become an option on the Health Benefits Exchange under the Affordable Care Act.

Since 2007, Qliance is the leader in the innovative approach to health care, providing for more than 90% of its members’ medical needs through its high quality primary care, affordable monthly membership-based model. Qliance offers members 24/7 access to high quality doctors and primary care teams who can address medical issues and provide personalized care through phone or email, office care, virtual care, and coordination of care throughout the health care system. Qliance is not insurance so there are never any copays or deductibles for Qliance services, however Qliance works with all insurance networks to ensure members receive the care they need.

Initially an investor-backed company, Qliance was purchased by two members of management, Erika Bliss, MD, CEO, and Cheryl Kilodavis, MBA, President, in February of 2016 (http://www.geekwire.com/2016/qliance-medical-group-bought-by-co-founder-and-ceo-dr-erika-bliss/).  Since the purchase, Erika and Cheryl have streamlined the company and focused the business plan tightly on getting to profitability in 2017.

Summary

This represents an opportunity for the right funder (THAT'S ALL OF US) while supporting a company that continues to lead the way in the US toward a dramatically better healthcare system.  The company is at the inflection point where this bridge funding will put it in a position to absorb and successfully implement the enormous amount of new business coming its way.
