SAVE OUR CINEMA

Donation protected
due to the coronovirus we will have to close up this beautiful 1936 ex Odeon cinema for which we saved and re opened only last november, after spending many thousands and lots of hard work.
We have managed to do steady business resulting us in managing to keep it open on a daily basis by running it as a family with very little wages paid. however all our hard work will now be undone and in danger of this cinema perhaps never opening again, We are on the threshold of re opening screen 3 but we were set back with water ingress after the heavy rains of recent, then a reduction in product due to films being removed  and now closure iminent  due to the virus.
This Cinema has a regular overhead costings of £1000 per week, plus new sound eqipment is required and redorcoration of screen 3,
The stafford Cinema was the smallest Odeon of its time in the cinema chain, and has stayed intact apart from the 3 screen conversion. Screen one has been gently restored to its former glory with the orignal Art Decor ceiling lights replaced only this last month.
We are asking for your help in keeping this beautiful art decor cinema alive and thriving for the next generation and beyond. We are also hoping to include an orignal 1930s cinema organ in the near future.
