Save my cat from fever

I adopted Anville from local shelter about 2 years ago. I am an international student come from China, when i saw Anville, i was totally fall in love with her,  she is too little and when she saw me, it seems like she  also choose me,  it feels just like destiny. I couldn't just leave her there , so I adopted her and I will never leave her. 
Anville is very friendly and sweet, she meows a lot , always trying to get my attention. It is very lonely to live in a totally strange country and culture, I have been through a lot, even my grandpa passed away in this period of time. But Anville is always there for me, she is my emotional support, she makes me feel no lonely any more and give me courage to carry on my life.
I always trying to offer she the best I can do, I feed her with GO! and Ziwipeak this kind of good food. But right now i just graduated from school and job finding doesn't go very well, I can't even support my own cost, i have no other way other than ask for help. She's been had a fever for 4 days, I have already spend more than 400 dollars for her treatment, but I can't support the continue treatment since she still doesn't get rid of fever.  The 500 dollars I raise is for her blood test , flu shot and hospital stay over night fee. 
 I really need this money very soon, her temperature  is still very high, 106F, I am worrying this high temperature will cause damage to her organs. I will be very appreciate your help, please help me save my fur baby.
