Help save my best friend

Moose is my 4 year old chihuahua. He's my best friend. He had surgery in may for a blocked urethra caused by bladder stones. The stone’s for an unknown reason are back. He is in need of emergency surgery that will be more expensive than last time due to extracting the stones from his urethra. I'm at a loss. They said the survey will cost anywhere from $2,500 to 5,000. Any thing is appreciated. I just want to save my boy. I can’t lose another best friend. So please if you can donate. I hate asking for help but I’m down on my knees at this point. I’m sorry. Thank you.  Update: We were first quoted $2500 to $5000 in Raleigh. Since we decided to make the 3 hour drive to Sparta it became our cheaper option! I have lowered our goal to $2500 as we are still unsure of his surgery cost and any necessary after care post op. I appreciate your kindness and generosity more than you know. Thank you.
