Aloha Friends Near & Far,
We are urgently seeking help for our darling baby, Majesty, whom we adopted from a border collie rescue organization in Northern California on December 21st, 2025. Majesty has been living with us for exactly one month today, and to our horror, we just found out from Dr. Scudder at the Village Vet that she has contracted Parvo, a terrible disease that affects dogs. Currently, there is a massive outbreak in Phoenix.
We urgently need aid for her veterinary bills, as her recovery care will take an estimated 10 - 14 days, according to the doctor. We are giving her subcutaneous fluids with electrolytes at home, along with pain meds, anti-nausea meds, nutrient-rich wet food, and probiotics. She had a vitamin B shot today as well. She has to have bloodwork done every 2 days at the veterinary hospital, and she may require more medication and medical care. She has been vaccinated twice for Parvo, since her birth on October 6th.
Our senior dog, Marin, has to be quarantined away from Majesty, so he doesn't catch Parvo too.
Majesty's health is in much better condition today and she has a lot more energy. She first showed the symptoms of vomiting and diarrhea yesterday morning. The doctor told us that she's in much better shape than 95% of the other dogs he's treated for Parvo, which gives us encouragement for her recovery. Her bloodwork is excellent currently, except for her red blood cells. I believe 100% that she will heal and live a long life. Please send your prayers and see her fully healed!
If it will not cause you any hardship, we would gratefully receive any donation that you are willing to contribute. Your support of any amount is a great blessing! We are not in a position currently to cover extensive medical bills for our little fur baby, yet we will do whatever is necessary to keep her alive and well!
The only other GoFundMe that I've done for myself was to raise funds for my beloved dog, Marley, when he had a critical medical issue in 2020, and that support allowed him to live an extra year. I appreciate the compassion of givers so very deeply.
Mahalo for caring and sharing this GoFundMe page.
