Help Lori with her Cancer journey

Hello, my name is Connie Tjaden. I am sponsoring my best friend Lori Gentzlinger, who is equivalent to my sister, on her journey with Cancer.
Lori was diagnosed on Mother’s Day 2018, as having Stage 4 Cancer of unknown primary. Without Immediate Chemo, the Oncologist gave her 6 months to live. With Chemo her best chances were 2-3 years. Not being satisfied with those choices, we searched for other options. We have spent the last 15 months, going back and forth to Mexico and other places, for alternative treatments, to win this battle. Although, we believe that with all she has done, it has slowed the cancer down, it is still growing and spreading. She is now at a place, where alternative treatments are not taking her in the right direction, and is turning to western medicine. She has started immunotherapy, and will be starting radiation treatments shortly.
If you know anything about Lori, she is an extremely active person, and prior to her receiving this diagnosis, she was training for a mini triathlon, climbing 5,000 foot mountains, kayaking, working out, doing hot yoga, and living life to the fullest. Even during this time, she ran two yoga teacher trainings (200 hour, and a 500 hour); has continued to run her embroidery business, and support her home and family. She has now been forced to stop all of the physical activities she loves, completely change her lifestyle, and make her health, her number one goal. She lives in pain daily, and gets tired easily, but refuses to give up. She believes there is a greater purpose for this experience, and hopes to one day be able to help others through what this experience is teaching her.
The cost to get here so far in medical bills has been close to $100,000, and the journey is not over. Lori has paid for all of this out of pocket, and has accumulated credit card debt, in the hopes to save her life. Therefore, I am doing the Go Fund Me. I pray to relieve the stress of this enormous financial burden from her, so that it can assist her in her healing.
