Save Holly The Cat

This fundraiser is to save my cat who desperately needs her anal glands removed . There impacted and infected . Here’s the story . So my cat holly is now 16 years old always been on special food and diet due to tons of allergies including fleas . Perfectly healthy except one thing . She keeps getting anal gland ruptured . We have switched the food to vet approved food , got her glands expressed weekly ! But they still keep busting open . Vet says there deeply impacted and infected and must come out . Surgery is 1200$ . I can not afford it rn due to the covid 19 putting out families income out by half ! Mind you this surgery is risky being if they nik the nerves she looses control of her bowels and we will have to use kitty diapers . Mind you she’s 16 . Other option is out her to sleep . Personally I can’t in my heart be the cause of her death . Like me taking my baby if 16 years to a vet to lay on a table and her scared not knowing what’s going on or can’t tell me no mommy don’t do this . I just can’t . I would live with regret my entire life . I have half for the surgery to get done but that’s all I can reasonably afford and the vets won’t accept payments . Tried scratch pay . Denied . Care credit . Denied . What should I do ? Tried the go fund me no one cared enough to donate 1$ . I have three children who live for this cat my sons adhd and autistic he connected with her on another level . What would I tell him . What should I do . Please no negative comments I can’t handle that . FYI holly is currently not in pain and is on antibiotics as well as pain meds .
