Save her moms house

Where to begin. We have this friend/family/co-worker that just goes out of her way to help everyone and anyone. But now she needs the help. Her sister is currently inpatient at the hospital and unable to walk or care for herself for years now. Trisha helps of course! For months now she has been working two jobs to help pay her own rent and her sisters. She's starting to lose hope and faith and its unfair for someone to have to deal with this all alone. We need the money to help repair her moms home that she received after her mom passed suddenly a few years ago. She doesnt want to lose her house but feels there is no other options. This woman is so strong and I have never seen her doubt herself but this is more than one person can take. Please help so we can help her save her moms house and fix it up do to the SERIOUS repairs its to be livable.
