Cuddle Babies Animal Rescue is a 501(c)3 nonprofit animal rescue in Malvern, Arkansas.

WE ARE IN A CRISIS!!!

We have almost 100 dogs in our care. We had a complaint filed with the Arkansas Department of Health and the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality questioning if our septic and drainage systems were in compliance with the current codes. After meeting with both departments, we now must upgrade our existing systems and add an animal waste system in order to continue our mission to save as many as we possibly can.

The rescue's intakes include malnourished strays, injured animals, pregnant animals, mommas with newborn puppies, and starving animals with no food or water anywhere around.

We’ve had 821 animals in our care. We have also been able to assist with numerous community dogs and cats with food, spay/neuter, and offering financial assistance with veterinarian care.

We work closely with our northern rescue partners to help with the overpopulation of strays in Arkansas. In roughly the past 3 months, our northern partners have been able to place 51 dogs into their forever homes.

*** WE NEED YOUR HELP***

We need your monetary donations to help with the current animals in our care and upgrade our septic systems.

Animals in Our Care - These animals are at risk until these septic system upgrades are done. We have numerous animals that need spay/neuter and heartworm treatment for those that came to us heartworm positive. We are providing the slow kill treatment, but they may need the fast kill treatment if they need to be moved quickly. This veterinarian care must be done before they are adoptable.

Septic Systems Upgrades - At this time, our septic system designer is working with the Department of Health and ADEQ to ensure all systems are in compliance and code. We do not have a quote of the exact cost. We have been informed that it will be extremely expensive considering we are a struggling rescue.

We are aware that this upgrade will take months to complete. Our goal is to have funds available when each phase is started. It is our understanding that there will be 3 phases.

Our goal is to keep every animal safe during this process.

Thank you for your continued support.

We are only as strong as the community that supports us.
