Save Clyde from Wrongful Death Sentence

We are proceeding with activities to prevent Clyde’s murder. We have reduced the amount needed based on current estimates received. Please contribute as you are so inclined / able.

Clyde was found to be vicious after several unintentional bites by the Ivins City Vicious Animal Review Panel. This Panel did not allow or consider the testimony of professional trainers & other interested individuals to the contrary. There is nothing wrong with Clyde that training won’t fix.  The Ivins City basis for murdering Clyde is potential future liability for which there is no statute.  An agreement can be reached that is satisfactory to all!  Other animal behaviorists and advocates believe this case would basically give Ivins City (and other cities!) carte blanche to kill any animal that poses a possible liability.  Every animal owner in Santa Clara/Ivins, Utah and elsewhere should be concerned for their animal’s safety. Adding insult to injury, the Ivins Shelter is considered a no kill facility.

City judgment & immoral murder of Clyde.
