Save Amandas kidney

As alot of you have seen on Facebook, my twin sister Amanda, has been going through a terrible medical hump in her life. One her and her daughter can NOT afford.

April 28, 2017 Amanda went to an urgent care by her house in alot of pain. The medical team there ran test and determined she had quite a few kidney stones that needed to be removed based on the size of each and every one of them. The smallest one happened to be the size of a dime. So she was admitted into Kingwood hospital and later told she would have surgery to get a stint put in. Amanda thought this was her saving grace, little did she know the surgeon did this only to get her out of his hair. The stint was put in to help pass the stones... that were to big to pass. Amanda was released with a huge medical bill and no instructions that she needed get it taken out within 10 days. When the hospital called to follow up with her she found out then it needed to be taken out and that the surgeonhad no availability to take it out. Amanda had no choice but to live with it for a few weeks. It then got infected. She was told by kingwood that she would have to pay $600 to get it taken out or go to Ben Taub, since Amanda can not afford personal health insurance. She went to Ben Taub where there treated her for the infection and broke up the biggest stone to pass. She had some relief, until the infection came back to her kidney due to the stint. Lastnight June 18, 2017 went BACK to Kindwood hospital with a large amount of blood in her urine and in alot of pain only to be rudely mistreated by a nurse practitioner refusing to prescribe her antibiotics for her infection and got told she also has another kidney stone and infection. She got sent home with a prescription for pain.
Amanda made her way again tonight (June 19th) after work to Kingwood hospital and got admitted once again.

My sister works very hard at $9hr paying job. She got told that she makes $30 to much to get government assistant and when applying for personal medical insurance (obama care) she was told it would cost her more than her car note and it would effect her daughters insurance. Amanda is in such a bind and has been super hard headed about asking for help. So im doing that now. The hospital REFUSES to take the stint out without $600. But after that Amanda is left with all the medical bills from all the times shes had to go up there begging for a solution. Being a single mother and having to miss Mothers day with her daughter and now Fathers day she is ready to get the help her body needs so she can stop missing all these important days with Aaliyah.

Please help SAVE my sisters kidney.
