Save young star Sasindu Wijerathna

It’s very sad to let you know all that Sasindu was passed away today(11/09/2018) afternoon during his treatments at Apollo Hospital Chennai India.

Sasindu, you may attain supreme Nibbana ...!

Thanks for all who supported by donating, wishing etc during this fund raising campaign... All the money raised was transferred to Sasanidu’s father’s account...


Sasindu is a Advanced Level (HSC) student of St Anthony's college, Wattala, Sri Lanka who posses with extreme talents in Music too. He has now been diagnosed for Leukaemia and need to under go  an urgent Bone Marrow Transplant in Apollo Hospital , Chennai, India as this can not be done in Sri Lanka yet. Estimated basic medical cost comes around LKR 7,000,000 ( AUD 58,000) as confirmed by Apollo Hospital and overall cost would be around  LKR 15,000,000 (AUD 125,000) or more  as explained by one of Sasindu’s family members. No need to mention that  Sasindu’s parents, family and his local community can not find this money by themselves.

Sasindu's Father is the  music teacher of  Viharamahadevi B.V. Kiribathgoda ; named Uditha Ruwan Wijerathna. Uditha is an old boy of Vidyartha College Kandy and also one of the veteran violin players in Sri Lanka. Mother is Thisaru Edirisinghe who is an old girl of Southlnd girl's college, Galle and working  at Sugathadasa Sports Complex Authority,  Colombo. However Uditha is  now on NO PAY leave since July  2018 and Thisaru is about to go on NO PAY leave due to their ONE and ONLY child's current situation. Sasindu is in Maharagama Cancer Hospital for last 5 months.

  Arranging them some Financial assistance is the least we could do right  now as rest is beyond our control . Therefore we humbly request you to come forward and make a donation to save this Young-star's life....!!!
