As friends of Sara Haddock, we witness the unthinkable challenges she faces daily. Sara is a young adult who bravely fought breast cancer 5 years ago. We are simply devastated and stunned now that the ugly monster has raised its head again. CANCER IS BACK AGAIN WITH A VENGENCE. This time cancer is in multiple major organs. Her prognosis ruled out further treatment options. Sara is now facing the winter of her life with unimaginable obstacles.
Sara has expressed only one last request. She visited Florida last summer and longs to return before her pain and mobility will no longer permit travel. In this unfortunate phase of Sara’s life, we are reaching out to offer any help we can to see that her final wish comes true and assist with mounting expenses. Sara is the kind of friend who never says no to anyone. Sara is one of those rare types of human beings who always does the right thing, just because it’s the right thing to do. She served honorably in the United States Army before becoming a nurse. She has dedicated her life to caring unselfishly for patients. During this journey, she has been epitome of strength and remains cheerful. Even in constant pain, Sara still manages to keep her sense of responsibility to her patients, family and friends working part-time to earn income for day to day expenses for herself and her young daughter. As friends of Sara’s we witness the unthinkable challenges she faces. We remain devastated by her cancer recurrence. She is loved by everyone beyond measure. Everyone has jumped into action offering love, prayers and support.
