The Sarah Threlkeld Recovery Fund

Sarah Threlkeld, a single mother of 3,  suffered a  freak accident on  Sunday, July 16th, when someone bounced her off of a trampoline and she landed on her neck, breaking it. She has been in the ICU since then. She underwent a serious surgery on July 20th  and the doctors expect for her to make a full recovery, which is not usually the case with this kind of injury . While we are all thankful that she will be okay, she doesn't have any money set aside and as a bar tender, she wont receive any sick pay or unemployment benefits, all the while, she still needs to support her three sons. They will all be returning to school in a few weeks, and still need their supplies, as well as all of their birthdays are coming up in the next month or so. She has been told that she will not be able to drive or return to work for the next 6-12 weeks, dependent on how successful the surgery went.  Sarah has a huge heart and is a friend to everyone she meets. Join me in helping her and her family through this and give whatever you can. Midtown memphis is a very close knit community, and I know we can rally together and make this happen! We are asking for $15k which will go toward medical expenses, child care, rent, and monthly bills.
