My 16-year-old brother, Santiago Spicker, has recently been diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma Cancer.
He is a talented, well-rounded, disciplined, good hearted, and friendly teenager. He is a Junior at Cypress Bay High School, where he achieves good grades and supports his community. He has been a loyal and committed soccer player at Weston FC for 7 years, where he has flourished as an athlete.
Santi goes above and beyond to help others, and now I want to do the same for him, therefore I want to help raise funds to lower the financial burden that treatment will cost for my family as insurance does not cover everything. He is full of dreams and purpose, and we are confident that God will heal him.
If all goes as planned, treatment will be about 6 months to a year at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital in Miami under the guidance of a wonderful medical team.
Fortunately, Santi has a great support system of friends and family who love him, and together we will fight this battle. I know many of you want to support us in these times of anguish, so I have opened this fund to do so. Everything makes a difference, and please pray for us.

Mi hermano de 16 años, Santiago Spicker, ha sido diagnosticado recientemente con Linfoma de Hodgkin.
Santi es un adolescente talentoso, equilibrado, disciplinado, de buen corazón y amigable. Es un estudiante de 11º grado en Cypress Bay High School, donde obtiene buenas calificaciones y apoya a su comunidad. Ha sido un jugador de fútbol leal y comprometido en Weston FC durante 7 años, donde ha prosperado como atleta.
Santi siempre está pendiente de ayudar a los demás, y ahora quiero hacer lo mismo por él. Es por eso que quiero recaudar fondos para reducir la carga económica que el tratamiento le costará a mi familia ya que el seguro no cubre todo. Santi está lleno de sueños y propósitos, y confiamos en que Dios lo sanará.
Si todo sale según lo planeado, el tratamiento durará entre 6 meses y un año en el Nicklaus Children's Hospital en Miami bajo la guía de un equipo médico maravilloso.
Afortunadamente, Santi tiene un gran sistema de apoyo de amigos y familiares que lo aman, y juntos venceremos esta batalla. Sé que muchos de ustedes quieren apoyarnos en estos tiempos de angustia, por eso he abierto este fondo para que puedan hacerlo. Todo hace la diferencia y, por favor, no se olviden de rezar por nosotros.
