Sanne‘s Stress Study goes International

If you do research, normally you would be part of some sort of institution. I did my research on stress in the events industry as a part of my master’s thesis and I am currently back working as an event tech.

My study was quite popular and I was invited to talk about it at the event management conference in Orlando.

What an honor!

Little did I know that people speaking at scientific conferences get travel compensation from their institute. Which I don't have.

Traveling to Orlando costs a lot of time I have to take off work and quite some money as well.

The usual funding sources for scientific international exchange all turned down my request, mainly because I don’t hold a PhD degree. But, I am pretty determined to take my research to an international platform because I truly believe it is important.

Your help getting me to Orlando will be highly appreciated.
