Beloved friends,
I've been traveling a deep, dark and scary journey the past 2 months. And reaching out to you for support. I've tumbled into a panick/anxiety disorder after my Thyroid went into inflammation called Hashitoxicose triggering a hell of a hyper storm inside my mind and body causing Adrenal Fatigue. Experiencing Burn-out, daily anxiety attacks, heart palpitations and awful depression. Through breathwork, long walks, I find some trauma release.
I am fully aware of how I have repressed, withdrawn and isolated myself from living and loving life the past few years. Ive abandoned myself. And now my nervous system is demanding the release of trauma stuck in my body. I am to wake up and take care of myself now!
But I'm not able to do this alone anymore!
I lost my way into my own heart and happiness. The passed years taking care my momma and my work, but I somehow lost myself along the way.
I stopped dreaming, I stopped feeling , stopped feeling inspired and motivated...lost my spark, my shine, my love for life... I abandoned myself and my beautiful essence.
I'm praying to find my way back into that bright loving place!!
I'm so sorry....I'm standing here naked in front of you all...
I need help!! I need your support!!
Unfortunately that help costs a lot of money. But it's the only way to get myself back on track. I want to live!!
I want to enroll into this Holistic Clinic https://www.u-center.nl
for a 7 week program starting as soon as I can finance it. It is a incredibly place to work on myself with lots of individual and group therapies, both mentally, physically and spiritually.
It costs an enormous 25.000 euros. My insurance will pay 20.000.
Thank God for Dutch healthcare.
Yet...Im financially making ends meet. Have no savings to rely on.
Blessed be...I need to collect 5000 euros to make this happen...
I know its huge!
But its means everything to me!!
