Restore Garden Villas BaptistChurch

I am the Pastor of Garden Villas Baptist Church.  We are a small congregation in Houston Tx.  We experienced heavy water damage to our Sanctuary and Fellowship Hall during Hurricane Harvey.  The roof needs to be replaced along with the ceiling tiles.  We ended up with about three inches of water in the Sanctuary. We have had to remove all the carpet and tiles from the flour and our wood paneling is warped in many places.   The fellowship hall has a flat roof and it has places now that have holes in it causing it to allow water to flow through the roof.    Unfortunately because insurance for our buildings is so high we could only afford lability which does not cover roof or water damage.   These funds will help us to reroof our Sanctuary repair the ceiling tiles, flour and wood paneling.  It will also help us to repair the damage to the roof on our Fellowship Hall.   Because of the threat of more rain fall and tropical storms in Houston this need is critical.  We realize that many people in our area are in need of help.  Please make it possible for us to recover quickly so we can continue to minister to our community.
