Sam's Medical and Living Expenses

On July 4th, 2017, Sam was out doing what he loves, riding his motorcycle, when he was hit by a young driver making an illegal u-turn, who told police he didn't see Sam. He is currently at shock trauma in Baltimore with a collapsed lung, proximal tibia fracture (his knee/leg), flail chest (multiple fractures on multiple ribs so parts of his ribs are floating), and fractures on almost every spinal vertebrae. He's waiting on surgery, and on behalf of his son Dan and daughter-in-law Jamie, we're hoping to raise funds to help cover medical/living costs like rent, insurance, car payment, phone bill and utility bills as he will be in the hospital and out of work for many months to come, and before any insurance payments may be made.

We want Sam, Dan, and Jamie to focus on getting him better, as well as taking care of Sam's beautiful grandson Callum, by alleviating the stress from getting behind on bills while he is out of work. Please, donate if you can or share with friends and family. Thank you.
