Samreen’s Dream to provide an Education - Sadaqah

Hi Everyone,

I am raising these funds in loving memory of my Little Sister Samreen.

I am raising funds to invest into providing a platform of education for those who are in need as Saddaqah for my sister.

We have sadly lost my little sister Samreen, in the early hours of the morning on the 23rd July 2022 in her sleep.

She passed at the age of just 25 years old, just 2 days after qualifying and graduating in, Education and Teaching.

This has been heartbreaking for us all and we wanted to try raise enough to make sure her dreams and effort don’t go unnoticed.

Samreen has been a blessing in our lives since she day she was born. She was a warm loving, kind, caring and a big hearted pure soul who always went out of her way to help anybody she saw struggling, whether it was someone in a dark place, or helping somebody set a goal and accomplish their dreams.

She had spent the last 4 years whilst studying, gaining experience and taking on work in schools to make the difference.

The funds will go towards helping those in need in the following areas:

- Funding Children’s Education In Pakistan

- Building a Classroom project with MuslimHands along with other projects they are currently undertaking towards Education (They Operate in Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Gambia, India, Indonesia, Kashmir, Kenya, Lebanon, Malawi, Mali, Mauritania, Pakistan, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Turkey, Uganda, United Kingdom,)

- Gathering Funds towards a long term vision for us to build a school in my sisters name, within a poor community who have no permanent location or resource of education.

The word ‘sadaqah’ literally means ‘righteousness’. In Islam, it refers to a virtuous deed or an act of kindness done without the expectation of getting anything in return. It is regarded as the most rewarding by everyone contributing and those who are making the good deed happen by giving charity to those in need. 

Please donate and give Sadaqah towards what my sister had worked so hard for, the blessings she would get for this as well as everyone contributing will be endless, it will give those in need a platform to go the extra mile in their life. Thats what my sister always wanted, to make that difference for others to be the best they can be in life.
