Unfortunately, I didn't want to go down this road again but I need to raise a down payment for my taxes. I have feral cats I take care of on my property who only have me to take care of them. I also have rescue cats (9 of them ) and two big dogs . If I lose the house I will not be able to take care of the ferals who I have been taking care of since 2012, also I could find a place for me but can't afford anywhere who would let me keep 11 animals. Also my son and daughter and my grand daughter live with me and while my children both work full time they don't have money to move out in a few weeks notice. My grand daughter doesn't want to leave her school district or leave behind her friend. We can make monthly payment but we need a large payment down. I know money is tight for everyone but we don't want to try to move all these animals and uproot the life of my grand daughter so any money is sincerely appreciated.
