Samantha's Chemo Fund

This October, my girlfriend, Samantha, was diagnosed with Stage 2B Breast Cancer at the age of 24. As one would imagine, this turned life upside down on the two of us. It has been a bumpy journey so far, but everyone is remaining optimistic, including our great team of doctors at Women & Infants in Providence. We are going to beat this!

Currently Sam is going through the first stage of her chemo. This will last for 12 weeks, followed by a second stage that will last for another 8 weeks. Following the 20 weeks of chemo will be recovery and another surgery. Overall it's looking like 6-7 months of treatment right now. 

Due to the side effects of chemotherapy, her weakened immune system, and the nature of her job putting her around so many people, Sam had to take leave from work. This is quickly putting a strain on our living situation, as we are now a single income household. Unfortunately my income doesn't cover all of our bills or the unexpected medical expenses.

I am here to humbly ask for any donations you can make, to help pay for Samantha's living and medical expenses during this tough time. Anything helps in a time like this.
