Support Sam Kosolofski’s Recovery

Hi, I’m Jeff and I am fundraising on behalf of the Kosolofski family.

Sam was shot in the line of duty on April 26th, 2024. The injuries sustained are serious requiring surgery with no time frame in his long road to recovery.

He has two beautiful sons Ezekiel and Luka, and loving wife Theresa. During this time, we are fundraising to help raise money for this young family so both Sam and Theresa can focus on recovery without having the stress of day to day expenses and any other unexpected costs that may arise during this time.
