Sam Hartzler Memorial Fund

Samuel Neal Hartzler passed away on December 7th, 2017 at age 43 after his battle with melanoma.  He was the light of my life, my partner, my best friend and loving husband of 10 years. I will carry him with me in my heart always.

So many kind people have asked how they can contribute online to help ease the burden of medical bills incurred in Sam's fight against cancer. If you'd like to make a donation, all funds will go to help cover Sam's final expenses.
