Salvemos a Lucía Lincango internada de emergencia

Soy Jacqueline Lincango, mi madre Lucía Lincango fue afectada por el COVID y estuvo ingresada en terapia intensiva por mas de un mes, con respirador artificial y sedada completamente en el hospital de los Valles en Quito - Ecuador.
En vista de las circunstancias económicas, he decidió con mi familia pedir ayuda para los gastos que hospitalarios que son bastante altos ya que somos de recursos económicos bajos. Hasta ahora los costos suben a 60.000 dólares americanos.
Por favor sepan que pedir ayuda no ha sido nada fácil para mí, ni para mi familia, cuando mi madre ingresó al hospital público, ya que no cuenta con trabajo, ni recursos económicos, su salud empeoró y nos vimos obligados en trasladarla a un hospital privado, porque necesitaba cuidados intensivos, y aunque recorrimos todos los hospitales del estado, desgraciadamente no encontramos ni uno solo con camas disponibles con terapia intensiva.
No podíamos dejar morir a nuestra madre y con mis hermanos nos vimos en la obligación de salvarla de alguna manera. Pienso que cualquier persona hubiera hecho lo mismo en nuestro lugar , hacer todo lo que está en sus manos para salvar a su madre.
Lamentablemente la situación de la infraestructura médica estatal de mi país Ecuador, no se abastece para todos los casos que han surgido, no hay camas en cuidados intensivos, sin mencionar además que lamentablemente los hospitales del estado no están equipados.
Lucía mi madre tiene 65 años, es madre de tres hijos y abuela de 6 nietos, es una gran persona, alegre, entregada a sus hijos y con un gran corazón.
Sabemos que mucha gente que entiende nuestra situación y está en la posibilidad de ayudarnos lo hará. Sepan que cada dolar cuenta, y que su ayuda es muy valiosa sea la que sea.
Le damos gracias a Dios que nuestra madre está finalmente de regreso en casa.
De antemano queremos decir que “Dios multiplique su generosidad y su gran corazón.”

I am Jacqueline Lincango, my mother Lucía Lincango was affected by the COVID and was in intensive care for more than a month, with artificial respirator and completely sedated at the Hospital de los Valles in Quito - Ecuador.
In view of the economic circumstances, my family and I have decided to ask for help because expenses for the hospital are huge and we do not have the capacity to afford them. So far, the costs go up to 60,000 US dollars.
Please believe me it was not easy to take the decision and ask for help, not for me, either for my family. At the beginning my mother was admitted to the public hospital, since she has no work, no financial resources. But her health deteriorated and we were forced to transfer her to a private hospital because she needed intensive care, and although we looked at every public hospital, we did not find a single bed available for intensive therapy.
We could not let our mother die and with my brothers we had to save her. I think anyone would have done the same in our place, try to do everything in your power to save your mother.
Unfortunately, public medical infrastructure in Ecuador does not have the capacity to treat all cases that have arisen in the country. There are no beds in intensive care, not to mention also that the public hospitals are not well equipped.
Lucia my mother is 65 years old, she is the mother of three children and grandmother of 6 grandchildren, she is a great person, happy, dedicated to her children and with a big heart.
We know that many people who understand our situation and who can, will help us. Every dollar counts and your help is unbelievably valuable whatever it may be.
Thanks to God my mother is now back home but we are left with a huge debt.
