My son has a small family living in Florida with a car that desperately needs to be repaired or replaced. Among the issues are an ignition that often refuses to start unless the key is turned exactly the right way, an air conditioning unit (an absolute must in a hot place like Florida) that no longer works and must be replaced, and leaks throughout the entire body that cause the interior to be soaked whenever it rains. The inside of the car has mold growing in it that constantly needs to be scrubbed out. This obviously is a health issue. In the end, the need is simply for safe, reliable transportation.
