Sadiel's Soldiers

Last week, my 9 year old nephew Sadiel started having strange symptoms such as urinating blood and fainting. My sister of course rushed him to the hospital where the doctors found a tumor in his kidney. The doctors removed his right kidney and did further testing. The test results showed nodules in his lungs and he has since been diagnosed with Stage IV Renal Medullary Carcinoma (RMC). Sadiel will begin chemotherapy Wednesday June 19th in hopes to shrink the size of the tumors and make it possible to remove them surgically. 

As you can imagine, our family is in shock by all of this happening, and  so quickly. Just one week ago, our sweet Sadiel was a healthy and active boy. We have no idea what kind of costs will incur from this, but we know that it will be adding up very quickly as he remains in the hospital for another 3 weeks at minimum. 

We want to help Sadiel's parents take  a deep breath and just focus on taking care of their son without worrying so much about missing work and paying bills.
