Sadie Mae's Medical Fund

Sadie Mae Kain was born April 23, 2017! When she was two weeks old she lost 2 pounds and had trouble gaining weight. For a month, Jamie and Solomon fed her every two hours, day and night. Sadie Mae gained weight at the beginning like a champ. Then she plateaued and was put in the hospital. After running tests, it was finally determined that she has reflux.

Along with  prescription meds,  Sadie needs to be on a liquid sensitive formula. The formula is twice the cost of the one she was on previously.

Although Jamie and Solomon have medical insurance, the amount they will be responsible for is going to be much more than they can afford. So the medical expenses from her birth, this recent hospitalization and the additional taxing of their budget for the more expensive formula is too much for their single income family to absorb.
