Sadaqah Jariyah for our Beloved Hanan Musa ❤️

Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh,

There are no words in this universe to describe who Hanan was, and what she did for the people who were blessed to know her.

Many will describe her as their children's teacher, as the school's headteacher, or maybe a colleague. None of these words, however, will ever do justice to her. Hanan was simply the embodiment of Prophetic character, whose life mission was to instil these beautiful virtues in the education of children. She gave of her time, energy and effort freely and generously in her passion towards raising children firm and alive in eeman and wonder with the world. As such, the void she has left behind is simply irreplaceable. The heartbreak we now experience speaks to the mountain of a person she was. Her life was one of unwavering service, and now she is reunited with One she served with such love.

Though there is no way we could recompense what Hanan has done for us and our children, we can carry out acts to be a means of khayr and benefit for her now. Her book of deeds may be closed, however, thanks to the Mercy of Allah we can continue to strengthen her legacy through our support for raising funds for the Alamiyah Educational Foundation.

Be of those privileged few who donate towards this sadaqah jariyah for Hanan. Show your gratitude for what she gave us by the permission of Allah and the good she implanted into countless generations of children.

Our love for Hanan much like this sadaqah jariyah never dies. Dig deep and give in the Name of Allah, for one of His most blessed slaves.

The Prophet said: “When a human being dies, all one's deeds cease, save three: a Sadaqah Jariyah, knowledge [one leaves behind] from which others benefit, and a righteous child who prays for them” (Muslim).
