Sadaqa Jaariyah For Daadi Maa (Grandma)

Donation protected
My Daadi maa was the most kindest, gentle and loving soul. She touched the lives of so many, both young and old. She was a woman who was invested in her deen and always promoted unity.
She was a beacon of light for us all. Now that she has returned to her creator, we must keep that flame lit.

Project 1:

I have started a collection to build a medium sized Masjid in a poverty hit town called Bagamoyo in Tanzania for approx 250 worshippers. Share In This Masjid which family donated will be for my Daadi

Currently have raised over £11,680.69 Of the 15k target, I would like to thank everyone who has contributed and shared with their contacts. Please continue to share & support with what ever amount you can. You can donate for a share for yourself or your deceased family member, for your part share in the Masjid.
Cash donations and bank transfers taken.

Currently, temporary Masjids are made out of mud and straw which are not suitable for the worshippers during torrential weathers. The Masjid which I aim to build, it’s foundations will be solid, equipped with a fully functioning ablution area. 6 Toilets, Solar panel will also be installed in line with being eco friendly.

Project 2:
I believe Insha Allah I will reach the 15k target which is for the masjid, with addition to the masjid for this poverty hit community i would like to raise funds to get a water well made next to masjid for the local community to benefit from.

If their are remaining funds with the permission of all the brothers & sisters who have donated i would like to forward for food packs to be given large pack which lasts about a month lasts a family about a month, smaller packs are available to for £30

Total Remaining to complete the project: £3319.71
As the prophet Muhammad (صلي الله عليه و سلم) said:
“When a man dies, his good deeds come to an end except three: ongoing charity, beneficial knowledge, and righteous offspring who will pray for him.” (Muslim)

Sadaqah (charity) averts calamity and increases sustenance and blessings in one’s life. Allah says in the Qur’an, “Who is it that would loan Allah a goodly loan so He may multiply it for him many times over? And it is Allah who withholds and grants abundance, and to Him you will be returned,” (Qur’an, 2: 245).

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said “Sadaqah extinguishes sin as water extinguishes fire,” (Hadith, Tirmidhi). He also said that Allah offers relief on the Day of Judgement for those who give sadaqa: “The believer’s shade on the Day of Resurrection will be their charity,” (Hadith, Tirmidhi).

‎إنا لله و إنا إليه راجعون

To Allah we belong and to him we return.
May Allah grant Daadi maa the highest abode in jannah!
Ameen Ya rab!

Please help me reach my target.

Jazakallah khair,
