Help Save My Dad
Donation protected
Hi my name is Kassie; I am 8 years old. My dad, Dan Barker, was a wonderful dad until his drug addiction took him away from me. He has had injuries throughout his life that has put him in the hospital more than once where he was given opiate pain medicine. He has almost died three times. I believe god has a purpose for my dad.
My dad has lost custody of me. Many of his friends and family no longer want anything to do with him. He has lost everything. This has been a very long and sad journey we all have been on. We have all cried many nights wondering if he was still alive. The last time I saw my dad I told my grandma “that was not my dad”.
Please help me to get my dad back. We have found a wonderful place for him to get better called the Road to Recovery. It is a 90 day in house rehab center. We have been able to pay for the first 2 weeks but it costs $14,500.00 for 3 months. We ask that you give any amount you can because even a small amount will help.
Somewhere inside my dad is the kind, generous, fun loving daddy I know that can rise above this terrible addiction.
Thank you for your generous donation or for your thoughts and prayers. He needs all the help he can get. My grandparents will handle the funds for my dad.
