Cancer assistance

Two days after Easter I was diagnosed with breast cancer.  I have a less common type (lobular...) I was told I had one tumor that was one centimeter.  Fast forward after they went in to take that one tumor they found two lymph nodes inflicted and my one centimeter tumor was actually four centimeters. So they will have to go in a second time to finish removing it all.  This cancer is a "sneaky" type of cancer that hides well, the doctors tell me.
I had no insurance as my job did  not offer it for those of us working under a certain amount of hours.  Plus, I had just started this job.  I was able to obtain cancer insurance.  Thank  God for that.  The major bills for the surgeries and such will be paid.  Then, I was introduced to some grants which helped last month with my electric and water bill (water is only quarterly).   Thank God for that as well.  You cannot reapply for some of those grants. However, I am coming up on my second surgery to remove both of my breasts.  I was told by my doctor recovery is going to be six weeks.  I will be off work that long.
But even missing one day of work hurts financially. Being new to my job I have no benefits to help with my time off. this reality has been quite humbling.  I am embarrassed to ask for help as I had always been financially stable.  I am having anxiety trying to figure out how to pay my monthly bills.  I am in need of assistance just for a month or two.  
I have car insurance, electric, I have cable, my phone, gas and dog food ( I have one nine pound pup).
I am seeking help with my rent (1,125.00) and perhaps a little help with those others mentioned, for just two months at the most.  I am mostly worried about July.  It's coming up fast.

I would appreciate anything.  Any help would be a blessing.
