Urgently needs help

Massimo is 54 years old and a few years ago he was diagnosed with a severe disabling degenerative spine disease and fibromyalgia. 
He has multiple hernias and his neurosurgeon cannot operate on him because it is too severe. 
No longer able to do the job he loved, he was laid off.
He needs treatment but has no money to pay for it.

The neurosurgeon as a last resort told him to go to a place where it's warm year-round. That's why he needs to move now.
