Tragedy

On January 20th, 2020, I gave birth to a beautiful baby boy, Quincey Jay Wood. Just over a month later I took my little family of three (Blake, Quincy, and myself) to visit family in Georgia. The first night there we went to bed but when we woke up in the morning Quincy wasn’t breathing so I called 911. The paramedics came but unfortunately it was too late and the imaginable became a reality… my baby boy Quincey had passed away and I was crushed. The police and CPS got involved. I cooperated with them and gave them as much information as I could but they still took my other son, Blake, from me. The coroner’s autopsy report came back inconclusive and now I am required by law to stay here in Georgia while we await the results from the clinical autopsy. Blake is also being kept from me while we wait. So now I am stuck & scared here in Georgia with no money, no place to live, and without my son Blake. All I want to do is get my son Blake back, get back home, and give my baby Quincy a final resting place. I am asking for help to do this because everything costs money and everything adds up quickly. I am also now considering the possibility of seeking legal council, for a multitude of reasons, but that would also be another cost that I just can’t afford. If any of you can help me during these uncertain times I would be forever grateful. Please find it in your heart to give whatever you can as every little bit will help me.
