Help Feed and Care for the Horse

My name is Ralph Ogden and I started Mt. Princeton Riding Stables in Nathrop, CO in 1976, at the age of 17. This business has allowed me to support my family while enjoying my passion for horses and the outdoors.
As are most businesses, we are currently closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. There is currently ZERO tourism allowed in our state of Colorado and we are not getting any rides booked for our busiest season, Summer. Due to the shut down we have no money coming in to support and care for over 85 head of horses. I am unsure when we will recover from these uncertain times, but time is of the essence and we are very worried about keeping the herd healthy and intact, we don't know where else to turn.
We hope to open for horseback rides sometime in the future. However, in the meantime we are seeking donations of money and/or hay to feed and vet expenses to care for the horses. Any and all donations would be greatly appreciated. Any amount helps, any donations of $100 or more will receive a 15% discount off your next ride at the Stables. If you are unable to donate, if you could please share on your social media or with friends and family, we would greatly appreciate it.
As residents of Colorado and Chaffee County we all lose when these unique businesses are lost. We all benefit from the rotation of visitors to our area who are drawn here by businesses like the Mt. Princeton Riding Stables. We all have been affected negatively by COVID-19, some more than others.
