Help me help mom

My mom is just an amazing woman. She is the type of person that God put on this earth because he knew it needed more love and kindness. She is so hard working and helps out so many in her community, but even the best of people sometimes need a little help. 
Earlier this month we found out my Lola (it means grandma) was in the hospital for low potassium and sodium levels but then they found lesions on her bones and a mass in her lung. After further test we were informed that she has stage 4 lung cancer that spread to her bones. This was devastating news to all of us. She is a breast cancer survivor but we know that this time it's going to be a different outcome. We are a very close family but Lola always liked living in Californa because she was more active out there while the rest of us live in Florida. My mom was trying to plan the best time to fly out to be with my Lola because she can only stay out there for a week because we just came back from a funeral in St. Louis. She is the only source of income for herself and already took time off so it's been difficult for her. 
Then we got a call the other day. My Lola was back in the hospital for a broken arm because her bones are so weak and she will need surgery. It broke my heart when my mom called me crying because she wasn't there to hold and comfort my Lola. I help as much as I can but I don't make as much as I used to. It's been a struggle so this is what brings me here. My mom is a hard worker but she doesn't get any paid time off. My aunt already told my mom she would help her with flying out to California but I would like to raise something for her so she can stay with her mom for longer than a week. The money that I can raise for her will be going towards her household bills and living expenses. I just want my mom to be able to be with her mom because right now time is so precious.
