Tragic death of our Son - Ryan Hogan

Donation protected
Update: Our son's death is still under investigation and we are not getting answers from the Military. We now have another uphill battle on our hands. I want justice for my son Sgt. Ryan Hogan. Any donations,  from here on after,  will go towards seeking answers and help in getting the resources we will need. Also, I will continue to help with my grandsons, Ryan's two boys, with their immediate needs. They will eventually get benefits, however,  due to 'Red Tape' they have not received any funds yet.

Update: Thank each of you that have donated and made it possible for myself, Ryan's Dad and Brother to attend Ryan's memorial in El Paso, TX at Fort Bliss. Words cannot express how much that meant to us. Also, Jace and Abel were very blessed with the donations from each of you.

My son, Sgt. Ryan G. Hogan, lost his life on November 15, 2018 abruptly. Ryan was serving on active duty at Ft. Bliss  in El Paso, Tx.

His Platoon in Fort Bliss, Texas is having a memorial service for Ryan on December 12, 2018 in El Paso, Tx.  We (his mother, his father and his brother) desperately would like to attend this memorial for him.  We need help with travel expenses ( airfare for 3, lodging  and rental car ) to allow us to attend Ryan's memorial.  Unfortunately,  parents and siblings are not eligible for benefits from the military under these circumstances.

Ryan received a dignified transfer from El Paso, TX through Dallas, TX to Tulsa, OK on November 23, 2018. Ryan was escorted back to Cornerstone Funeral Home in Muskogee, OK. and was laid to rest on Monday, November 26, 2018 in Fort Gibson, OK.

I am humbling asking for help during an extremely difficult time for my family and Ryan's 2 small boys.   Any funds left over will go to help Ryan's son(s) Abel 5 and Jace 3 for Christmas and general needs during this tragic time.

Very Sincerely,

Jeanette and Billy Hogan
